Jevtic: The process of profiling IDPs should start as soon as possible (TV Most)

During meetings with representatives of international institutions in Kosovo, Minister of Communities and Returns Dalibor Jevtic discussed the implementation of important projects for the return of displaced persons to Kosovo in 2016.  Jevtic met with the head of the UNHCR mission in Kosovo Narasimha Rao. They discussed the creation of a manual for displaced persons. Jevtic stressed the importance of this document, noting that it has to meet high standards and be completed by the end of March this year.

Jevtic said that the process of regional cooperation must deliver concrete results, especially when it comes to solving the problem of usurped property. The process of profiling displaced persons was discussed at the meeting. Minister Jevtic stressed the importance of immediately beginning and successfully completing the IDP profiling process.

Jevtic also met with Jan Braathu, Norwegian Ambassador in Kosovo and the head of the Danish Refugee Council in Kosovo Kristen Stec, with whom he discussed the security situation in Kosovo, the latest incidents in returnee areas and the closing of a collective center in Strpce / Shterpce.
