Kosovo Government Commission for verification of diplomas from the University of Pristina, with temporary headquarters in Mitrovica, yesterday held its first meeting.
The budget for the Commission was submitted to the Kosovo Government for the adoption and an office was provided for the work of this Commission, it was announced from the Kosovo Ministry of Education.
It is composed of two members, appointed by the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa and two members appointed by the Kosovo Minister of Education, Arsim Bajrami.
President of the Commission is Besim Kajtazi. Verification and issuing of certifications to students of Mitrovica University in case of applying for a job in Kosovo institutions, however, is only a temporary transitional measure in anticipation of integrating the University into the system of the Kosovo institutions.
