Deputy Director of the Serbian government’s Office for Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Dusan Kozarev and Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo Paivi Nikander discussed on Thursday about the current security situation in Kosovo, particularly when it comes to the security of Serbs and other non-Albanians in the province.
They also discussed sustainable return issues, including ways to permanently solve the problem of IDPs at the regional level, as part of the Skopje initiative, aimed at finding sustainable solutions to problems facing people who were forced to leave their homes in Kosovo, said the Office for KiM.
Kozarev and Nikander said that cooperation between the Office for KiM and the OSCE Mission in Kosovo had been very successful and dynamic in the past and agreed that it was vital to remain so and in the future.
