Minister of Communities and Returns in Kosovo government Dalibor Jevtic met with Head of the Cooperation section of the EU Office in Kosovo Christof Stock. At the meeting which was held in the Ministry, the topics of further cooperation in operational terms with special emphasis on projects “PRK 4” and “CSP” were discussed, which the Ministry successfully implemented in cooperation with the European Union. Stock said that due to the good implementation of the projects that are underway, it is expected that the EU will increase its funds, under the IPA funds, for projects of return and stabilization of communities, with sincere belief that it will contribute to even greater success in the return process.
The two officials concluded during the meeting that the common goal is building as many houses as possible, both in the current and in the coming years. “Our goal, besides building houses, is to create adequate conditions of life for returnees, as well employment,” said Jevtic, underlining the process of closing collective centres, with special emphasis on the municipality of Strpce.
