The paper’s columnist Enver Robelli, in an opinion piece today, criticizes Kosovo’s justice system for “arresting the Serb general Milovan Bojovic for illegally entering Kosovo territory and not for war crimes committed against K-Albanians during the conflict in 1999.” “Bojojvic was sentenced to 30 days in prison for illegal border crossing. It is very likely that Bojovic will leave Kosovo soon without any problem. If  Kosovo had a good justice system, a war crimes indictment would already be in place for Bojovic,” Robelli writes. He also mentions that while General Bojovic expects to be released from prison soon, Serbian nationalist leader Vojislav Seselj has been declared persona non-grata and banned from entering both Kosovo and Croatia. “However, there is a difference between Croatia and Kosovo. Croatia has an indictment ready for Seselj while Kosovo prosecutors have not kept any evidence for his crimes,” the author writes.
