The Prizren-based NGO Ec Ma Ndryshe has accused the Kosovo Central Bank of carrying out construction works inside the city’s legally-protected historic zone. The NGO said no building permit has been issued by relevant authorities and warned that the lack of institutional coordination is undermining efforts for establishing law and order within Prizren’s historic zone.
