Prosecution of War Crimes in Serbia has exchanged so far 351, evidence and information in war crimes cases with countries in the region and relevant institutions.
As of January 2016 the Prosecution exchanged 173 with Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina 57, Montenegro 14 and EULEX / UNMIK 107.
The Prosecution stated that with EULEX has been established a modality, i.e. a special protocol has been signed with the Special Investigative Team of the EU on the cooperation, which enabled hearing of 400 witnesses about the events such as kidnapping, abduction and murder of non-Albanian civilians in Kosovo between 1998 and 2000.
With EULEX co-operation is taking place in the case of Rudnica.
