Belgrade is not interested in the decisions of the constitutional court in Pristina, or it oblige us, nor we are interested, told RTS the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric. He points out that message of Serbia to all European officials is clear and that it does not accept unilateral changing of the agreement reached.

On the occasion of the messages,  sent during yesterday’s visit  of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini to Pristina, Djuric says that during this visit, few things could be heard which are not entirely clear and completely true.

“We very much respect Mrs Mogherini, and other European officials, but our message is clear; the decision of the constitutional court in Pristina neither is binding for us, nor we are interested in it, and we do not accept any unilateral change of the agreement reached in Brussels,” Djuric said.

He emphasizes that the road to a healthier relationship between Belgrade and Pristina is the formation of the Community/Association of Serb municipalities.

This is the only way of the dialogue progress. For us, without it there is no substantial normalization, Djuric said.

When asked whether the abolition of visas applies to the Serbs from Kosovo who have Serbian passports, Djuric said that Serbia would request from the EU to apply the decision for all citizens, noting that they have suffered enough.
