For the first time since last September, when opposition parties in Kosovo began disrupting parliamentary sessions with canisters of tear gas, leaders of the five main parties took part in a joint round table organised by the EU.
After meeting the leaders of the warring parties, Johannes Hahn, Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement, urged the country to ratify its demarcation agreement with Montenegro, warning that the EU will not abolish visas for Kosovo nationals unless it did so.
