Occupied property, personal documents, health care and education are the biggest obstacles for the return of displaced persons to Kosovo, said Dalibor Jevtić, Kosovo Minister of Communities and Returns.

A two-day meeting of technical groups that should find durable solutions for the return of displaced persons to Kosovo began today in Pristina, and the topic of the meeting is strengthening procedures for data management. Jevtić said that the meeting aims to provide recommendations and determine the measures to solve all the problems of returnees, as well as security problems in returnee communities since IDPs are not only a statistical number.

Participants in the working group are members of the Ministry of Communities and Returns, OSCE, UNHCR, representatives of the Commissariat for Refugees and Displaced Persons of the Republic of Serbia, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of FYRoM and Montenegro.
