It is not the first time that statements of Serb representatives in Kosovo institutions are constructed in negative context, or to suit others. Because of this I will tell everything I have to say to the Prime Minister Isa Mustafa when we meet, said Minister for Local Government Administration and coordinator for the draft statute of the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities, Ljubomir Marić, while commenting Mustafa’s remarks, in an interview to the paper.

Mustafa has made remarks to your critics of Kosovo’s membership in FIFA and UEFA, and your use of term Kosovo and Metohija…
I am aware that every said word could be incorrectly interpreted and from this reason I don’t want to apologize or discuss my statements through media, as well as the statements referring to me.

Why are you waiting so long on the creation of the A/CSM?
Position of the Serbian List is that Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities (A/CSM) should be created as provided by the Brussels agreements, however Kosovo legislation has to create the basis for it. This means that decision should be brought by the Kosovo government, which should be confirmed by the Constitutional Court.

Are there any signals that problems with regard to the budget of municipalities with Serb majority would be resolved, in northern Kosovo before all?
When it comes to the budget issues, that is, unfinished projects that are financed by the Kosovo budget in northern Kosovo, we have already had several meeting with the Prime Minister Mustafa and Minister of Finance Avdullah Hoti. The solution has been found and lack of funds will be covered with the re-balance of the budget, however works are underway that permanent solution is found.
