Serbian People’s Party (SNP) has sand a message on Sunday that Serbia has to resist to all pressures against its sovereignty, including attempts to change the Constitution and dropping of the preamble on Kosovo.
The SNP said that Constitution of Serbia is not a toy to be used on a daily basis by domestic and foreign politicians who are well known destroyers of Serbia’s sovereignty and constitutional order and that the highest legal act should not be used for humiliation by the only NATO state in the world, reads the SNP communique.
This party, that marked 667 anniversary of the ‘Dušan’s code’ on Sunday, warned that representatives of the ‘fake state of Kosovo’ and European Commission had recognized supremacy of the Kosovo Constitution over Serbian Constitution, and are using this as a justification for the two and a half years delay of the creation of the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities.
