Kosovo Foreign Minister, Enver Hoxhaj, told RTV Dukagjini today that Serbia’s project for building a settlement called “The Sunny Valley” in the northern part of Kosovo will not be implemented. Hoxhaj said the project is illegal and that the Kosovo government will put pressure on Belgrade to stop further construction work. Arguing that the project has colonizing objectives, Hoxhaj also said that only Milosevic’s regime could come up with such initiatives.
