Outgoing Serbian Minister for Labor, Social and Veteran Affairs, Aleksandar Vulin, said last night in the village Sočanica in northern Kosovo that Association/Community of Serb-majority Municipalities (A/CSM) cannot stay “the dead letter on the paper” because it is about the key part of the Brussels Agreement.

Vulin further said that without the A/CSM the Brussels Agreement has no meaning and can’t justify its purpose which is reflected in the strengthening of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, preservation of their presence in this region and with providing them all their rights, as well as the right to normal life.
