Kosovo’s Minister of European Integration, Bekim Çollaku, told Radio Free Europe that Kosovo Assembly should as soon as possible address “in a responsible manner the border-demarcation agreement, as a matter of national interest.” Çollaku said the issue of demarcation is the responsibility of all institutions of Kosovo and it should be addressed as soon as possible. “This issue must go for a serious debate in the Assembly. Kosovo Assembly is the only institution that has the responsibility to make a statement in favour or reject it if it concludes that there were violations in the process. We have no right to hold back Kosovo’s European future and freedom of movement for Kosovo citizens,” Çollaku said.
