Expression of condolences offered by the US vice-president Joseph Biden to families of victims during Nato bombing of Serbia in 1999 were sincere and this will have great significance for better relations between Serbia and the US, considering that this influenced the so far relations between the two states, Dragan Đukanović from the Center for Foreign Policy said to RTS.
He added that messages which Biden passed during his visit to Belgrade very good ones and that they were essential. “At different levels we received good news. When it comes to the bilateral relations, they are good, and Serbia was praised for its reforms,” Đukanović said.
