The head of the Serbian negotiating team Tanja Mišćević says, at the session of the parliamentary committee for European integration, that there were no changes in negotiating positions of the EU on Chapter 35.

At the insistence to explain the statement of the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Đurić that Tahiri’s report will be included into Chapter 35, Mišćević has recalled that Serbia has fought during the adoption of a framework for the transitional criteria, in the chapter 35, to be the subject of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.

Đurić alludes to some of the questions that have become then a part of the negotiating position and we had have struggled hard explaining that there should be only the things which do not go beyond the framework of dialogue. I think he meant this, said Mišćević.

She reiterated that criteria for the chapter 35 are not precise and that this creates a terrible frustration.

According to her “all in negotiations is not related to Kosovo; yes, it is important, but the internal reform moves Serbia.”
