Kosovo’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs today sent a note of protest to Serbia over the arrest of Kosovo citizen Hilmi Kelmendi on Sunday. Bashmir Xhemaj, media adviser to Minister Enver Hoxhaj, confirmed the news. “Today we have sent a note of protest to Serbia for the recent arrest, and we informed all international institutions and the EU for this unacceptable behavior of Serbia. This behavior jeopardizes the achievements in the dialogue for the normalization of relations,” Xhemaj said.
