The government of Kosovo endorsed today several draft laws and decision, among them the strategic plan for the development of the education in 2017/2021.
According to the Education Minister, Arsim Bajrami, this plan will help Kosovo to attain more qualitative education.
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, said that assessment of the level of education by the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) shows that more has to be done on this field. “All possibilities and funds should be used in order for this plan to develop and then we should see if the plan is being interfered by those who implement it in order to reach good results,” Mustafa said.
Kosovo was ranked the 68th from 70 countries that underwent PISA’s assessment.
