Kohavision understood that the decision of the court to release Ramush Haradinaj on bail was made based on the state guarantees offered by Kosovo, through the official lawyer. Haradinaj will be staying at a place offered as guarantee by Kosovo. The final session for his complete release and return to Kosovo will happen as soon as the request for his extradition is completed, being that according to the information, Serbia’s material is at the Ministry of Justice in France, just as the counter-arguments of Kosovo, and they will be proceeded further to the Judge in Calmar.
Former KLA Commander Ramush Haradinaj was arrested by French police on 4 January, based on an arrest warrant issued by Serbia.
