Serbian national forum (SNF) held Thursday in Gračanica/Graçanicë a roundtable discussion on Serbian politics in Kosovo and new approaches in solving the Kosovo crisis.
It was said that that SNF supports Serbs intellectuals to fight for a different understanding of reality, and offers an authentic creation of a new Serb-Kosovo policy to defend the Serbian national interests.
From the authorities in Belgrade and Pristina was asked to establish Serb-Albanian forum for dialogue and reconciliation, which would establish a new foundations to Serbian-Albanian relations.
“We are ordinary people, we meet Albanians in bars, on the street, and elsewhere, and we talk, discuss … we need to institutionalize this dialogue, because the message will be much stronger if they hear that Serbs and Albanians sat down and talked on how to solve their problem. Well let’s quarrel, disagree, but it shows a state in which we find ourselves. We ask the international community to support us in this, to support us in the establishment of a forum for dialogue and reconciliation with the Albanians,” said Momčilo Trajković, a member of the SNF.
