President of the Serbian List Slavko Simić says that the decision of the Kosovo’s government should be revoked immediately, by which all immovable property of Yugoslavia (SFRJ), Serbia and AP Kosovo and Metohija will be registered as property of Kosovo.
Simić assesses this move of the government of Kosovo as tendentious, and says it presents an attempt to continue with the permanent repression over Serbian population in Kosovo through the decisions of Kosovo institutions, and with seizure of social and private property of the Serbian people.
Simić recalled that since 1999 over milion cadastral parcels of social and public enterprises were usurped in Kosovo. He said that the move was an obvious attempt of the official Pristina, to legalize property, which was appropriated illegally and through the adoption of unilateral decisions.
He said that the issue of property has to be a key topic in Brussels talks.
