Visare Aliu from the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society said that until 10:30 today, they received about 1000 messages reporting irregularities within the election process. “It’s the third time we’re organizing the ‘Vote and Observe’ campaign. We started with this campaign to allow all citizens to send free text messages and report any irregularities they may notice,” she said.
