Candidate for prime minister from PAN coalition and leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, said in a press conference today that the new government of Kosovo will be formed in record time and that he has sent a letter to Vetevendosje and the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) asking for a meeting to discuss possibilities for forming the new government.
“One week from now we can hold constitutive session and immediately afterwards hold the session for the forming of the government”, Haradinaj said. “I have proposed a meeting tomorrow with Vetevendosje, with Mr. Visar Ymeri and colleagues. I have also asked the LDK in a letter to Mr. Mustafa and his colleagues to meet tomorrow”, said Haradinaj adding that he plans to have same consultations with Serbian List and other non-Serb communities. “At the same time I will not cease talking to each elected MP”, he noted underlining however that he would prefer a broad-based government.
