Leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Isa Mustafa said in a Facebook post that those responsible for establishing new institutions are those who carried out the motion of no confidence against the government back in May. “They should not be late or ask for additional hours or days because the leadership cannot be created in a day”, Mustafa said clearly referring to the PAN coalition. He called on it to make use of the right provided by the Constitutional Court’s ruling of 2014 and not to hold Kosovo “captive”.
