Klan Kosova reports that the leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, could have possibly violated the voting rules by presenting a personal document that is not among those specified in the CEC voting manual. The camera focus on Mustafa voting shows he presented a document to the CEC official bearing the seal of the University of Pristina and not of an official authority that issues personal documents. Meanwhile, CEC commissioners said the possible mistake in correct verification of Mustafa’s personal document could have happened as a result of the pressure from the media present in the voting room.
