Secretary General of the Serbian President, Nikola Selakovic said today that an internal dialogue on Kosovo would continue this month and rejected criticism that the dialogue is staged, adding these are the first serious and open talks on Kosovo, without politicians being main stakeholders, Serbian media reported.

He said the dialogue would continue and it would include representatives of the academic communities, scientific institutes, and respectful national cultural institutions.

Commenting on the first roundtable within the internal dialogue, where legal professionals and law professors debated on the topic, Selakovic said it was a real pleasure to listen to different and contradicting opinions.

“Is it staged dialogue or are these the first serious and open talks on Kosovo and Metohija issue without politicians as main stakeholders? And I think it is good,” Selakovic said.

He also added that opponents of the dialogue, in fact have nothing to say in this dialogue.

“They have neither policy, nor serious approach. They have no plans or feelings for what keeps Serbia in Kosovo and Metohija,” Selakovic concluded.
