The Pristina-based news website reports that the Kosovo government prefers not comment on a Time article that ranked Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj among “the five most wanted geopolitical fugitives of 2018”. “The Kosovo government does not comment on newspaper articles,” the Office of the Prime Minister told Express. Avni Arifi, Haradinaj’s Chief of Staff, said: “we have no assessment about the article”.
