Kosovo Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, said today that the Serbian List does not have a final position on the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro. “We are holding talks. They don’t have a final position on how they will vote. As far as I know they are in the premises of the Assembly and at one point they will decide how they will vote,” Haradinaj said.
