The news website reports that although Kosovo’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Flamur Sefaj, said this week that Interpol has confirmed lifting arrest warrants for former Kosovo Liberation Army fighters, wanted by Serbia, there are two more that are still on the list of wanted persons. Sources told Insajderi that former KLA members, Ramiz Qeriqi and Genc Zogaj, are still on Interpol’s wanted list as Serbia has charged them with war crimes. The source added that Qeriqi and Zogaj have been informed their names are still on the list and that they are aware “they should not leave Kosovo until a positive reply from Interpol.”
