Former German Environment Minister Klaus Tepfer from Chancellor Merkel’s party, is nominated to resolve the energy problem between Kosovo and Serbia, a dispute which has caused delay to the electric clocks in the European Union. Tepfer confirmed the news for Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and informed that he will be traveling to Serbia and Kosovo next week, to meet Kosovo’s Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Serbia’s Prime Minister Ana Brnabic. “It is a matter of resolving the problem and raise awareness to both parties about the importance of this issue,” Tepfer said.
