Head of Unit for Kosovo at the Directorate General for Neighborhood and EU Enlargement Negotiations at European Commission David Cullen will visit Kosovo today.
During the visit he will attend a workshop, which aims to provide relevant information to potential beneficiaries regarding the EU’s Enterprise and SME Competitiveness Program (COSME) and financial instruments in general.
Cullen will also participate in the high-level panel where the EU-funded Monitoring Report for Kosovo will be launched and implemented by SIGMA, a joint initiative of the European Union and the Organization for Economic Development and Co-operation.
This event is an opportunity for experts, government officials, civil society representatives and international actors to discuss approaches to effective public administration, civil service with high performance, accountable state structures and public finances.
