“The time has come that Serbia has to invite Russia to take an active part in the process of resolving the Kosovo issue,” leader of Serbian Peoples’ Party (SNP) and Minister for Innovation and Technology Nenad Popovic told BETA news agency.
“It is only with Russian involvement in the dialogue that we can ensure safety of the Serbian people and protection of Serbian interests in Kosovo. Until then and until the fulfilment of the obligation to establish the Association of Serb Municipalities, Serbia should cease dialogue with separatists,” Popovic said in a written statement, in which he in the strongest terms condemned the arrest of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric.
