Aleksandar Vucic says everything that can be heard from representatives of provisional institutions in Kosovo and Metohija “only confirms what he said earlier.”

“Pristina does not intend to fulfill its obligations under the Brussels agreement, and they don’t hide it,” he said, referring to the formation of the Community of Serb municipalities.

The president said this concerned the latest statements out of Pristina, such as that the implementation of the agreement, and a UN chair for Kosovo, “are a package.”

Responding to reporters in Nis on Wednesday, Vucic said that he had already heard “all those various statements” – and that he “warned they would lie about everything and say anything, just so the Serbs wouldn’t start forming the ZSO on April 20.”

He pointed out that he “told this to (EU foreign policy chief) Federica Mogherini and to Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel” – and would tell the same to EU Council President Donald Tusk this evening in Belgrade. Vucic also stressed that “Europe and the world” remain silent to “all these lies from Pristina and the fact they will not fulfill obligations from the Brussels agreement.”
