Prime Minister of Kosovo Ramush Haradinaj said after a meeting with the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini that Kosovo institutions speak in one voice when it comes to dialogue with Serbia. In a Facebook post, Haradinaj wrote: “Normalisation of relations between the two countries is a process which should end in mutual recognition and as such is very important for the whole Western Balkans.”
