Kosovo government officials said today that partition or the exchange of territories between Kosovo and Serbia is not an option, the news website reports. Avni Arifi, head of the technical dialogue with Serbia, said Kosovo has red lines when it comes to eventual border changes. “Partition, the exchange of territories or any other option aimed at border changes is not acceptable for the Kosovo government – these are red lines that we will never agree to cross. Those that try to table such options want to send the Balkans back to dark times,” Arifi told the news website.
