Kosovo government’s chief negotiator for technical dialogue with Serbia, Avni Arifi, said they are waiting for EU authorities in Brussels to invite the parties to a discussion on the draft statute of the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities. “We have not received any invitation. We don’t know of a specific date,” Arifi said. Earlier he had said that the Management Team that prepared the draft statute would present its work to the parties in Brussels and that the government of Kosovo would then review the document.
