Kosovo Assembly President Kadri Veseli took to Facebook to once again express his position on war veterans’ lists and resignation of the prosecutor Elez Blakaj.
He wrote that investigation should not be left on half of its way, but it should proceed until the end in order to prevent blotting of the war for liberation of the people of Kosovo, abuse of the tax-payers budget and in order for the state of law to function.
He added that he was among the first ones to request investigation of this matter, as he had received many evidences from his comrades-in-arms about possible manipulations. Veseli also informed that he has written a letter to the Prosecutorial Council of Kosovo, requesting to bring to the end the investigation on veterans’ lists.
