Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, told a press conference in Pristina today that he is discussing the issue with President Thaci but that he maintains his position against changes to Kosovo’s borders. “We are discussing, the truth is that for a long time there has been a theory about an Albanian – Serbian agreement. The discourse has changed now. My position is clear. It is wrong to go back and deny something that we have achieved. Our aim is membership in the European Union,” he said. Asked about his eventual participation in the Brussels talks, Haradinaj said: “I don’t deny functions that are entrusted to me by the Constitution, but time is the problem. I don’t have much time for dialogue”.
