Germany has once again expressed its position against exchange of territories between Kosovo and Serbia. This time, German Minister of State for EU Michael Roth, wrote that redrawing of borders is not a solution. “Dear friends in Kosovo and Serbia, to redraw the borders will not solve any problems. Pandora’s box of ethnic recriminations. The future of the Western Balkans is just a multi-ethnic, religious and cultural one. United in diversity, that’s Europe,” Roth wrote on his Twitter account.
