Agim Veliu, deputy leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), told reporters in Pristina that his party is working on a motion to oust the Haradinaj-led government and to make way for early parliamentary elections. After the meeting of the LDK parliamentary group, Veliu said: “the LDK chairmanship has initiated a series of meetings; we will focus on overcoming the current grave situation by ousting the government through a motion”. LDK parliamentary group chief, Avdullah Hoti, argued that President Hashim Thaci lacks legitimacy to lead the process of talks with Serbia. “Dialogue is the most important process and the President lacks legitimacy. I am confident that if we coordinate as an opposition we will oust the Haradinaj government and the country will go to elections,” Hoti said.
