Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and President Hashim Thaci met in New York the President of European Council Donald Tusk. Kosovo leaders expressed commitment to European integration. “Our country has made important steps in the journey towards big European family. The process of Kosovo’s integration into European Union should be accelerated by concrete actions,” Haradinaj said. European Council President Tusk is meanwhile reported to have said that the EU should show its unwavering support for the perspective of the region and that Brussels hails Kosovo’s progress.
