Vetevendosje Movement held a press conference today to oppose proposed changes of municipal boundaries of Fushe Kosove/Kosovo Polje and Gracanica. Vetevendosje MP and head of the party’s branch in Fushe Kosove/Kosovo Polje Albana Gashi said the decision of two respective municipalities is unlawful. Gashi said administrative boundaries can only be changed by a decision of the Assembly of Kosovo. She said the decision is unprecedented and hasty and was not preceded by consultations or explanations.
