Nenad Rasic, leader of the Progressive Democratic Party, said in an interview to Top Channel that Kosovo and Serbia Presidents, Hashim Thaci and Aleksandar Vucic, have already reached an agreement on border correction. “Their body language shows that they have already reached a deal on borders,” said Rasic, who was a Minister of Labor and Social Welfare in the Kosovo government. “They are continuing with tensions seeking a moment when we in the Balkans will say ‘we will sign anything just as long as nothing bad happens’,” Rasic added. Commenting on the situation in the northern part of Kosovo, Rasic said that there is a legal vacuum there and he blamed internationals for this.
