Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said in an interview to T7 that Kosovo’s government would revoke the decision to introduce a 100-percent tax on goods from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, if Serbia stops its aggressive approach vis-à-vis Kosovo. Asked to comment on possible pressure from internationals, Haradinaj said Kosovo has endured too much and that it expected the EU to ask Serbia to stop its aggressive approach but that this did not happen. He even said dialogue between the two sides should not take place if Serbia does not respect Kosovo. “These are sovereign decisions made by Kosovo. If normality is restored, if Serbia stops its aggressive approach, if they respect the agreement on energy, then we can discuss revoking our decision. But these are sovereign decisions by Kosovo’s authorities. Pressure is welcome, Kosovo has nowhere to go, the frozen conflict cannot go on forever. We have tolerated many things hoping that the international community will find a solution, but it is clear that this is not happening. Kosovo is faced with an aggressive approach, what can we do,” Haradinaj said.
