Serbian Prosecution for Organized Crime acted on all Pristina’s requests and interrogated all persons in relation to the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, Justice Minister Nela Kuburovic told Serbian media.

She said Milan Radoicic was also interrogated yesterday in order to cast away any doubt that he has taken part in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic.

Kuburovic underlined since beginning of the investigation Pristina did not demonstrate a true intention to find those who have ordered and carried out the execution of Oliver Ivanovic, adding that there is one-line communication, respectively Belgrade responds to all Pristina’s requests, while Pristina does not respond to the ones coming from Belgrade.

She stressed Serbia would continue to carry out its own investigation, but the process is not easy since they do not have access to all the data and that both Pristina and EULEX have rejected Belgrade’s request to jointly carry out the investigation.
