U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, said after meeting Kosovo President Hashim Thaci on Monday, that Kosovo’s authorities should revoke the decision on a 100-percent tax on Serbian and Bosnian goods. The Kosovo government however is not showing any signs of backing down. Avni Arifi, advisor to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, told the news website today: “No we will not rescind our decision. Even the government could fall, but the decision on the 100-percent tax on Serbia will not be revoked”.
