Susanne Schutz, the German Ambassador to Tirana, said on Tuesday that Kosovo and Serbia must normalize dialogue and make way for their integration in the European Union. “Germany has said that the six countries of the Western Balkans have a membership perspective in the EU, this includes Kosovo and Serbia too, but it is important for these two countries to make progress in the normalization of dialogue and in this respect, I hope they will overcome their differences. The federal government and the German Chancellor have said that border changes would not lead to a solution,” Schutz said.
