Head of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) parliamentary group Avdullah Hoti said at a press conference today that his party plans to call a meeting of political parties in an effort to set a date for fresh elections. Hoti said Kosovo is in an institutional crisis and the only way out of it is to organise early elections. “The country needs a government that takes decisions in an unconditioned way,” Hoti said.
