Most news websites cover today’s meeting between Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and the new commander of KFOR, Lorenzo D’Addario. Haradinaj said the Kosovo government would continue to cooperate with KFOR to make Kosovo and the region a safe and secure environment. “We want to further our partnership and we will continue our engagement to foster good and stable relations with KFOR,” he said. Haradinaj said he highly appreciates the role of KFOR peacekeepers and thanked them for creating a safe and secure environment for all communities living in Kosovo. D’Addario said: “we are here to contribute to sustainable security. I am grateful for your readiness as Prime Minister of Kosovo and I am open to cooperate on our common objective: peace and security in the country”.
